Who we are
Will Lock
Will left the Parachute Regiment after eight years of service. He gained a place on an investment bank’s training scheme but soon realised he wanted a more practical career. Subsequently, he spent 12 months working with a high-end domestic contractor whilst redeveloping his own property. This hands-on experience equipped him to move into project management, where he has since worked with a variety of established developers, architects and builders. He has spent the last 2 years providing development management services and sourcing build sites for a successful London-based development firm and their overseas clients.
Matt Shaw
Following his departure from the Royal Marines, Matt joined a London-based design and build contractor that specialised in bespoke domestic refurbishments. This gave him a breadth of building experience with contracts ranging from simple extensions to complex basements and ground-up building. Since then, Matt has managed a regional office of project staff and multiple sub-contractors across up to 30 live sites, with £10m of contract value. Along with his technical experience, Matt brings excellent build, client management and contractual experience to our team.
Ed Sandry
Ed has excelled as a career leader, having held significant positions in some of the UK’s most competitive environments. In addition, he is an experienced property investor with over 17 years of successful investment in the UK market. Through the values of integrity, fairness and professionalism, Ed has built a set of loyal and enduring commerical relationships with clients and tenants. He is committed to providing quality homes for people whilst generating an excellent return for investors.
